We had a good turnout for the Annual Meeting last night. We were fortunate to have with us 2 Metro Police Officers to discuss Community Policing as well as Traffic concerns. THey provided several forms and handouts that we wanted to make available to everyone. Especially important is a Smart 911 form that allows you to provide useful information for first responders. This form can be found in the links below. Another valuable tool they provided is a home inventory sheet that provides a place to enter information about your personal items in your home. This is especially useful if you have a burglary or fire and need to provide this information to the Police or your insurance carrier. | Street Name Change |

One topic that the Board discusses regularly is the idea of changing our current Nolensville Pike address to a street name of our own. The Board feels that this will help the property value and perception of our neighborhood in addition to aiding Metro Fire and Police Departments to better locate our homes in the event of an emergency. The Board feels that having our own street name, instead of "Nolensville Pike, Unit ___" will further benefit the community by removing the stigma that can be associated with Nolensville Pike/Road. Home owners will also have a more traditional address without unit numbers which can often be perceived as apartment home numbers.
We are proposing that the street address for the townhomes be changed from "5845 Nolensville Pike Unit ___" to "___ Shadow Glen Drive." (Insert your current unit number as the street address.)
Please note this would require that you change your mailing address for your bills, magazines, etc. but the US Postal Service would continue delivering to both the Nolensville Pike and Shadow Glen Drive address for approximately 12 months.

| Plant/Shrub Replacement |

Please note that next week weather permitting Russell Landscape will be replacing missing/dead shrubs and plants at about 38 units at the property. They have surveyed the beds and we have compiled a list to work from.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind all the owners and residents that plants that are planted by the Association should never be removed without permission from the Board.

| New Pest Control Contractor |

The Board of Directors procured bids for the pest control for the interior and exterior of the units and Franklin Pest Control has been selected. They will be starting to maintain the property on Friday, July 1st and will be spraying the exterior of all the units in the next few weeks.
